Energy Balls!

Guess what I'm making today? Energy balls!


These are gluten-free,

high-fiber,

high-protein,

low-glycemic,

super de dooper yummy treats!


PRO-TIP:

If it's too sticky for you, you can chill it a bit and use damp hands. You may also try one of those fancy cookie dough scoopers.


Storage:

These can sit on the counter a couple days or set in the fridge for a week or so. Flash freeze them for the long-term.


Variations:

This recipe is a blank canvas for your imagination to run wild!


Try adding these things:

raisins

chocolate chips

coconut flakes

cranberries

collagen powder

protein powder


If I feel super fancy and all chef-like, I'll add a drop or two of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Decadence! I enjoy two to three as an evening snack!


Or try a couple of these after a workout!
