Energy Balls!

*Guess what I'm making today? Energy balls!

This are gluten-free, high-fiber, high-protein, low-glycemic, super de dooper yummy treats!

Here's PRO-TIP:

If it's too sticky for you, you can chill it a bit and use damp hands. You may also try one of those fancy cookie dough scoopers.


These can sit on the counter a couple days or set in the fridge for a week or so. Flash freeze them for the long-term.

Try adding these things:


chocolate chips

coconut flakes


collagen powder

protein powder

If I feel super fancy and all chef-like, I'll add a drop or two of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Decadence!
