How massage and sauna therapy helps you reclaim your health

Our massage and sauna therapies are designed to support the body's natural healing processes.

As part of a custom wellness plan, New Genesis employs both therapies for physical detox and stress relief. Each client gets a unique recovery plan that includes therapeutic massage and far infrared sauna, tailored to their individual biological needs.

These treatments function as key components of the clinic's "Detoxification & Bodywork" protocols, which are designed to actively support the body's natural healing processes.

Massage therapy is utilized as a deeply restorative health service to help patients hit the "reset button" on their overall well-being.

For patients seeking physical relief, saunas and massages are often combined with other treatments, such as colon hydrotherapy, to aid in physical detoxification and alleviate issues like severe digestive upset.

Because the recovery plans are highly flexible, patients can bundle these therapies based on their specific health goals. For instance, a patient might incorporate a package of six massages into their plan or combine far infrared sauna sessions with specialized skincare treatments.

Rather than just masking symptoms, New Genesis Center uses these bodywork therapies alongside functional medicine, strategic nutrition, and lifestyle management to facilitate foundational, internal healing.
